AG Real Estate is a wholly owned subsidiary of AG Insurance (Ageas) and the largest real estate group in Belgium, headquartered in Brussels. The company manages a diversified portfolio valued at over €6 billion, encompassing office buildings, shopping malls, logistics properties, residential properties, and shares in both listed and unlisted real estate investment funds. Their core activities include real estate development, asset management, property management, real estate financing, and public car park management. AG Real Estate is also a principal shareholder in the Sicafis (fixed capital real estate investment trusts) Befimmo and Ascencio. With approximately 2,600 employees across more than ten countries, the company has completed developments of over 2 million square meters of office, residential, and retail space in Europe. Notable projects include several high-rise buildings in Brussels' Northern Quarter, which features some of the tallest buildings in Belgium. Additionally, AG Real Estate has been involved in public-private partnerships, such as the 'Schools of Tomorrow' initiative, which encompasses the design, construction, and financing of 182 school infrastructure projects in Flanders, Belgium. The company also manages public car park facilities through its subsidiary, Interparking, operating over 900 facilities across nine countries.
