Established in 2007, AIF invests in companies that enhance the competitiveness of the agriculture and horticulture sector within the regions where Boerenbond operates. The fund's investment stages include Seed, Early Stage, Growth, and Late Stage, with investment sizes ranging from €500,000 to €10 million. AIF's geographical focus encompasses Belgium and its neighboring countries.

AIF's portfolio includes companies like Animab, which utilizes a patented technology platform to produce edible antibodies, and Aphea.Bio, a leader in developing next-generation biological products based on naturally occurring microorganisms.
