Alchemy Long Term Ventures Fund is a Category III Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) managed by Alchemy Capital Management Pvt. Ltd., focusing on long-term capital appreciation through investments in equity and equity-related instruments with a small-cap bias. The fund primarily targets small-cap companies, with up to 50% of its portfolio allocated to such investments, aiming to capitalize on India's rising discretionary spending, digitalization, and improving manufacturing competitiveness.

Performance fees are 20% over a 10% hurdle rate (XIRR) for Class RP – A units. As of August 31, 2025, the fund has demonstrated positive returns across various time frames since its inception on September 1, 2023.
