Altmark Group is a private investment firm specializing in real estate development, investment, and management across the United States. The firm owns and manages over 2 million square feet of commercial, residential, industrial, and retail space, with a significant presence in the tri-state area. Established in the late 1970s, Altmark Group began its investments in the Bronx and has since expanded to other counties and states.

The firm's investment strategy focuses on enhancing asset value through redevelopment, hands-on management, and financial restructuring. Utilizing a vertically integrated approach, Altmark Group manages every phase of a project, from inception to completion and long-term management.
