Amplio focuses on control investments in Nordic B2B companies operating in the business services and IT & technology services sectors, active in structurally growing markets with enterprise values typically between SEK 100-500 million. The firm typically serves as the first institutional owner, teaming up with management and reinvesting entrepreneurs as significant minority shareholders. Amplio has a strong buy-and-build focus, consolidating fragmented B2B market verticals, and the team is responsible for over 80 add-ons across the Nordics. Currently, Amplio is investing through Amplio I, deployed in strong-performing platform investments, and also manages the assets in Segulah Fund V.
