The managing partners of Ascent Venture Group include Aldi Adrian Hartanto, Kenneth Li, Hans De Back, and Eric Yoo. Hartanto, previously a partner at Arise, emphasized the goal of building a platform of exponential value through the merger. The firm has already invested in 30 companies, including insurtech company Qoala, social commerce startup Evermos, and logistics provider Paxel. Ascent's relationship with entities like MDI Ventures and KB Investment enables it to support its portfolio with later-stage capital, enhancing its ability to nurture startups through various growth phases.
