Established in 2022, AYA Properties Fund is a real estate investment firm concentrating on high-quality and sustainable assets in Central and Eastern Europe. The fund focuses on offices, logistics, residential, and private rental sector properties located in prime areas with top-tier tenants. Its midterm objective is to manage assets exceeding €500 million.

The fund's investment strategy targets upper-mid to high-end quality properties, including BREEAM-certified projects, with a focus on value-add and light renovation opportunities. AYA Properties Fund seeks to invest in Poland and Romania, particularly in capital cities and top-tier regional cities, with deal sizes ranging from €10 million to €75 million.

The fund has made notable acquisitions, such as the RECORD PARK Offices in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, a mixed-use development comprising 15,000 square meters of Class A office and retail space, and a 2,000 square meter sports center.
