Berlin Angel Fund

Berlin Angel Fund operates as the investment vehicle for the members of the Business Angels Club Berlin-Brandenburg e.V. (BACB), combining the structure and financial possibilities of a venture capital fund with direct access to the support, network, and know-how of over 100 active business angels from Germany. This unique approach allows the fund to offer active support from the first financing round to the scaling of the business model, providing ticket sizes up to €200,000 as lead or co-investor over multiple financing rounds. The fund focuses on teams within the Berlin and German startup ecosystem, aiming to support exceptional founder teams through active guidance and personal support.

The fund's shareholders are members of BACB e.V., with whom they closely cooperate to generate deal flow. Their personal experience as (serial) founders, entrepreneurs, and/or senior managers enables them to interact with founder teams on eye-level and to guide less experienced business angels towards more successful startup investments. This collaborative approach ensures that the fund not only provides financial support but also valuable mentorship and industry expertise to its portfolio companies.
