Black Founders Matter is a $10 million seed-stage venture fund dedicated to supporting Black-led startups throughout the United States. Investments typically range from $50,000 to $150,000, targeting companies at the Series Seed to Series A stages. Black Founders Matter reserves half of its capital for follow-on funding, ensuring continued support for portfolio companies as they scale. Beyond financial investment, the fund collaborates with industry-specific lead firms to provide portfolio companies with the resources and expertise necessary for efficient scaling and successful exits.
