Boulevard Invest

Boulevard Invest is a private investment firm specializing in retail property investments in the United States. The firm is a joint venture between New York-based real estate firms Tristar Capital and RFR Holding. Their primary focus is on acquiring and managing retail properties, particularly shopping centers and malls.

In January 2004, Boulevard Invest acquired the Shops at Desert Passage, a Moroccan-themed shopping center located within the Aladdin Hotel and Casino on the Las Vegas Strip, for $240 million. The partnership invested $50 million in redeveloping the interior to modernize the mall's appearance. In October 2016, they sold the Miracle Mile Shops, a 200-store indoor mall within the Planet Hollywood Resort on the Strip, to an affiliate of Institutional Mall Investors LLC.

Boulevard Invest's strategy involves identifying underperforming retail properties with potential for revitalization and growth. By leveraging the expertise and resources of Tristar Capital and RFR Holding, the firm aims to enhance the value of these assets through strategic management and redevelopment efforts.
