In India, CLI is accelerating its capital allocation, aiming to raise its funds under management from S$8 billion to S$15 billion by 2028, targeting business parks, data centres, logistics, and industrial parks. The company has earmarked S$1.5 billion in capital expenditure for developing four data centres across major technology and financial hubs in India, with the first expected to be operational by mid-2025. This strategic move reflects CLI's commitment to tapping into high-growth markets and sectors driven by urbanization and rising consumer spending, thereby enhancing its global presence and portfolio diversification.
