Cloudstone Venture Capital is an early-stage venture capital firm specializing in healthtech investments. Founded in 2016, the firm has been operating Cloudstone Venture Fund I, which invests in technology startups including Healthtech, AI, and new technologies. Building on Fund I's success, Cloudstone has expanded its General Partner (GP) team for Fund II, focusing exclusively on Healthtech. They assist their portfolio companies with FDA 510k compliance, follow-on financing, and strategic investment/partnering. They connect portfolio companies to various resources to help them grow. Based on Healthtech trends and the Cloudstone team's complementary expertise, skills, and relationships, Fund II focuses on four verticals: Medical Devices, Bio Pharma, AI and Digital Health, and Genomics & Personalized Medicine. These are Fund I areas of investment, where the team sees the greatest opportunity for outsized impact and return.
