Colossa Ventures is a Mumbai-based venture capital firm that focuses on investing in women-led and women-focused businesses across sectors such as health-tech, fintech, climate tech, deep tech, and consumer industries. The firm aims to empower women entrepreneurs and unlock the potential of India's trillion-dollar women economy by providing capital, capability, and confidence through its proprietary 3C framework.

Established in 2022 by seasoned financial leaders Ashu Suyash and Vandana Rajadhyaksha, Colossa Ventures has raised its inaugural fund, the Colossa WomenFirst Fund, with a target corpus of INR 500 crore. The fund primarily targets investments in the pre-Series A stage and beyond, with a focus on sectors like health-tech, fintech, climate tech, deep tech, and consumer industries. The firm has received support from entities such as SIDBI, the family office of Dr. Ranjan Pai, and the Shriram Ownership Trust.

Colossa Ventures has made several investments, including leading the Series A round for Meolaa in October 2025. The firm's investment strategy emphasizes gender diversity as a strategic edge, aiming to generate alpha returns by backing women entrepreneurs and businesses where women are key value drivers. This approach reflects a broader commitment to fostering an equitable and inclusive startup ecosystem in India.
