Daya Ventures

Daya Ventures is a venture studio dedicated to developing and accelerating startups within the femtech sector, aiming to close the substantial gender health gap. By collaborating with researchers, clinicians, and industry leaders, Daya identifies real needs and builds scalable solutions. Their structured, repeatable model de-risks early-stage innovation, accelerates time to market, and increases success rates, systematically shaping the future of women’s health.

The studio has launched a portfolio of 16 companies, with ten founded in-house, covering areas such as diagnostics, deeptech, retail, and digital health. All startups are majority-owned by women, with Daya retaining a 15–20% stake in each company to reinvest in the next wave of innovation. Daya's global ecosystem spans the Nordics, East Africa, and the United States, with operations in Gothenburg, Sweden, and an innovation hub in Nairobi, Kenya.

Daya Ventures has attracted investors from Europe, Asia, and North America, including high-profile names from both Wall Street and Europe. In June 2025, the company completed the first close of an ongoing funding round, securing SEK 2 million of a total SEK 8 million.
