Investor Details

DTCP is a global investment management firm specializing in venture capital, private equity, and digital infrastructure investments. Established in early 2015, the firm manages approximately $3 billion in assets and advises a portfolio of over 50 companies on behalf of Deutsche Telekom and other institutional investors. DTCP focuses on technology, media, and telecommunications sectors, aiming to acquire shares in growth-phase companies and support their expansion with the goal of profitable exits. The firm also facilitates business relationships between its portfolio companies and Deutsche Telekom to create mutual value.

DTCP operates through two primary investment strategies: Growth Equity and Digital Infrastructure. The Growth Equity strategy invests in cloud-based enterprise software and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) companies in sectors such as cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, fintech, and cloud computing. The Digital Infrastructure strategy focuses on investments in mobile towers, fiber networks, and data centers within the European mid-market. Notable portfolio companies include Aircall, Arctic Wolf Networks, Auth0 (acquired by Okta), Guardicore (acquired by Akamai), Fastly, LeanIX (acquired by SAP SE), Pipedrive (acquired by Vista Private Equity), and Signavio (acquired by SAP SE).

The firm has a strong track record, with its predecessor funds investing approximately $408 million into 33 enterprise software companies across Europe, Israel, the U.S., and Asia. Fourteen of these companies have been acquired or gone public, including LeanIX, Signavio, Pipedrive, and Auth0, realizing high multiples and returning over 100% of the capital to its limited partners. DTCP's strategic partnerships with Deutsche Telekom, SK Telecom, and ZEISS have further enhanced its investment capabilities and market reach. The firm continues to seek opportunities to support innovative companies in their growth and digital transformation journeys.
