Enable Ventures is the first impact venture capital firm focused on closing the disability wealth gap by investing in and scaling early-stage companies that leverage disability as an asset. Their mission is to unleash untapped economic potential through products and services powered by universal design. By targeting market-rate investments with a double bottom line, Enable Ventures aims to drive profit and purpose within the historically underserved global disability community.

The firm's investment strategy centers on four key areas: upskilling, reskilling, and future-proofing work; work-related technologies; founders with disabilities; and next-generation assistive technologies. This approach seeks to break through persistent barriers that have led to high unemployment and underemployment rates among people with disabilities. By placing resources in the hands of entrepreneurs with disabilities, Enable Ventures empowers early-stage companies with viable solutions that materially improve the lives of people with disabilities.

Led by Regina "Gina" Kline, an entrepreneur and civil rights lawyer, Enable Ventures is supported by SmartJob, a platform designed to attract disability deal flow. The firm is part of the Sorenson Impact Group platform of funds, founded by impact pioneer Jim Sorenson. This affiliation provides Enable Ventures with access to a vast network and expertise in impact and market-rate investment, further strengthening its mission to create an inclusive economy through disability investment.
