Endeavor South Africa

Endeavor South Africa is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting high-impact entrepreneurs in South Africa. By providing mentorship and access to a global network of business leaders, Endeavor aims to foster economic growth and job creation through entrepreneurship. The organization operates as part of the global Endeavor network, which spans over 40 countries and has supported more than 2,500 entrepreneurs whose companies generate combined revenues exceeding $28 billion and have created over 3.9 million jobs.

Since its establishment in 2004, Endeavor South Africa has selected 97 entrepreneurs leading 73 companies across various industries, including FinTech, Healthcare, Technology, FMCG, Agriculture, Education, and Enterprise Software and Services. The organization focuses on identifying founders with significant growth potential and offers them a platform to scale their businesses both locally and globally. Endeavor's support includes access to a vast network of mentors, investors, and peers, as well as resources to help entrepreneurs navigate challenges and seize opportunities.

In addition to its mentorship and network, Endeavor South Africa has launched initiatives like the Harvest Fund, a co-investment fund designed to invest in high-growth entrepreneurs within its portfolio. The fund aims to catalyze growth in tech-related companies across the African continent, with major investors including Standard Bank, Allan Gray, and the SA SME Fund. Through these efforts, Endeavor South Africa continues to play a pivotal role in transforming the country's entrepreneurial landscape and driving economic development.
