eWorks Accelerator

eWorks Accelerator is a global intensive program that aims to identify and support high-growth ideas, enhancing the efficient development of entrepreneurial projects. The program is entirely free and equity-free, designed for early-stage founders with innovative, scalable ideas across all sectors. It offers hands-on project development support, personalized mentorship from top-tier experts, and access to a vibrant international entrepreneurial community. The program is bilingual in English and Spanish, mostly remote with one required boot camp in Barcelona, and culminates in a Demo Day where startups pitch in front of investors, founders, and ecosystem leaders, competing for a chance to win up to €10,000.

The accelerator focuses on various sectors, including healthcare, energy, education, agritech, sustainability, fintech, AI, and B2B services. In the 2023 edition, more than 60 teams were supported across three tracks: 0waste, Edtech, and high-growth. The program provides selected teams with dedicated support, mentoring from industry experts and successful entrepreneurs, access to resources valued at more than €10,000 per project, and introductions to investors.

eWorks Accelerator is part of ESADE Business School's commitment to fostering entrepreneurship and innovation. It offers a comprehensive support system for startups during their development phase, assisting them in launching their products in the market and acquiring their first customers until they begin to grow. The program is open to teams with at least one member from ESADE, and international teams are welcome, as relocation to Barcelona is not required to follow the program.
