FAAD Network

FAAD Network is a member-based investor network dedicated to supporting early-stage startups with funding and mentorship. The network comprises over 2,000 investors, including angels, high-net-worth individuals, and venture capitalists, with a presence in India, Singapore, Dubai, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Canada. FAAD Network has invested over ₹85 crore in more than 85 portfolio companies, deploying funds ranging from $50,000 to $1 million. The network focuses on sectors such as HealthTech, AgriTech, DeepTech, CleanTech, and FinTech, investing in both Indian and global startups. FAAD Network conducts regular pitching sessions, offers portfolio management services, and provides networking opportunities to foster a supportive environment for investors and entrepreneurs. The network's accelerator program, FAAD Accelerator Labs, mentors early-stage startups through a 12-week curriculum, preparing them for real-world action. In December 2022, FAAD Network received approval from the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) to launch a ₹300 crore angel fund, aiming to invest in 75 to 100 startups across various sectors. The network's investment strategy emphasizes sectors such as HealthTech, AgriTech, DeepTech, and CleanTech, with an average cheque size of $100,000 to $500,000. FAAD Network's commitment to fostering innovation and supporting entrepreneurs has established it as a prominent player in the Indian startup ecosystem.
