Requirements
- Knowledge of tech investments or interest in becoming an angel investor in tech startups
- Experience in angel investing or willingness to embark on Falak Angels' VentureClass journey
- Understanding of the risks associated with alternative investments and tech investments
- Readiness to become part of a community of angel investors and to co-invest with network members
- Ability to provide all necessary documentation required to complete the legal process to join Falak Angels (ID, National Address)
- Willingness to sign the Falak Angels Membership Agreement
- Commitment to deploy directly into startups (at least SAR 100,000 every year)
- Connectivity to previous startups invested into (for reference check)
- Willingness to provide advisory, mentorship, market accessibility, and support to startups as expected of a professional angel investor
- Payment of membership fees (yearly)
- Deployment into Falak's pooled angel network investment vehicle (one-time, minimum of SAR 100,000)
- Signing terms and conditions of the Angel Network
