FoodFutureCo

FoodFutureCo is a scale-up accelerator dedicated to supporting established, purpose-driven companies within the food ecosystem. Their focus areas encompass consumer products, agriculture, food hubs, ag tech, supply chain solutions, food tech, and SaaS platforms. The accelerator program runs for approximately five months, selecting four to eight companies per cohort, with each receiving in-kind value of up to $100,000. FoodFutureCo operates two cycles per year, assisting companies on track to gross more than $1 million annually. They provide support through consulting, global distribution, financing, operational scaling, and facilitating financial exits. The program is open to companies worldwide, with face-to-face meetings and networking opportunities primarily in New York City. Participation requires an equity stake of 4-8%. Previous portfolio companies have experienced significant growth post-program, raising more funding than before and typically securing 1.5 times more grant funding than equity investment. FoodFutureCo does not work with companies that compete directly within a given cohort, ensuring a collaborative environment for all participants. The accelerator is led by Managing Partner Tong Shen, who has a background in political philosophy from Harvard University.
