Franchise Equity Partners (FEP) is a private investment firm specializing in providing capital to franchise businesses and their owners. The firm focuses on partnering with successful owner-operators across the U.S. franchising sector, with an initial target portfolio size of $1 billion. FEP's investment approach combines extensive corporate finance and operating experience with passive, permanent capital to enable growth, ownership simplification, succession, and estate planning, among other strategic business opportunities.

FEP invests across five industry verticals: automotive dealers, restaurants, beverage distribution, heavy equipment dealers, and other consumer and business services. Since its inception in November 2021, FEP has made several strategic investments, including a partnership with Reliable Residential HoldCo, the largest franchisee operator within Neighborly, to expand Precision Garage Door Service and other Neighborly brands in key markets across the country. Additionally, FEP has invested in Parks Automotive Group, a minority joint venture partner, and expanded its automotive leadership team with the appointment of Jay Ferriero.
