Established in 2017, Fundamentum Partnership is a Gurgaon-based venture capital firm dedicated to investing in early growth stage technology companies across India. The firm was co-founded by Nandan Nilekani, co-founder of Infosys, and Sanjeev Aggarwal, founder of Helion Venture Partners. Fundamentum's first fund, launched in 2017, had an initial corpus of $100 million, extendable to $200 million, focusing on consumer technology businesses addressing unique Indian challenges. The second fund, launched in 2022, raised $227 million and continues to invest in tech-driven enterprises from India.

Fundamentum's investment strategy centers on leading rounds of $10 to $25 million in companies that have achieved product-market fit and are poised for scaling. The firm's portfolio includes notable companies such as Pharmeasy, Spinny, Fareye, Ayu Health, and Probo.
