FundNV is a Nevada-based venture capital firm that invests in early-stage, revenue-generating startups based in Nevada or those looking to relocate. The firm focuses on companies that have demonstrated early traction and are poised for growth. Through its partnership with StartUpNV, Nevada’s leading accelerator for founders and startups, FundNV gains exclusive access to top startups and investment opportunities in the state. FundNV hosts twice-monthly pitch events featuring Nevada’s most promising entrepreneurs and emerging companies. Investments from FundNV also receive a 1:1 investment match through the State of Nevada’s SSBCI program.

FundNV invests in exceptional founders who demonstrate momentum and proof. The firm typically invests $25,000 to $50,000 in technology-oriented companies, primarily web-based or other software companies that can have national or worldwide reach. FundNV does not invest in biotechnology companies, restaurants, consultancies, or other local service-oriented companies. The firm operates under the Nevada Certified Investor laws, requiring investors to be Nevada residents.

Since its inception, FundNV has been actively investing in pre-seed and seed-stage founders across Nevada.
