G-Factor is an incubator-accelerator established in 2018 by Fondazione Golinelli, focusing on transforming the high potential of innovation and technology in young people and scientists into entrepreneurial realities capable of successfully establishing themselves in the market, creating replicable and scalable business models. It addresses the need to integrate scientific research, industry, and the market, focusing on young people and their business ideas.

Operating primarily in the pre-seed, seed, and early-stage segments, G-Factor offers personalized programs that provide capital, structures, and relationships. It has become a national reference point for the acceleration of young companies in the Life Science & Digital Health sectors. Since 2021, through the I-Tech Innovation program and the development of new partnerships, it has expanded its focus to other verticals, including fintech, insurtech, agri-tech, food-tech, social impact, circular economy, travel tech, and smart mobility.

G-Factor's approach to market acceleration is based on a mix of finance and training. All skill and experience enhancement paths are highly personalized to the needs of the teams, so much so that in some cases, G-Factor also operates as a venture builder/startup studio.
