For example, in October 2022, the GCRE Impact Fund committed funding to install an on-site solar energy system at a multi-family housing complex in Melissa, Texas. Similarly, in April 2022, the fund supported the installation of a solar energy system at a multi-family development in Waxahachie, Texas. These initiatives demonstrate the fund's commitment to expanding access to clean energy and supporting sustainable development in communities.
