Genesia Ventures is an independent venture capital firm that invests in and provides management support to pre-seed and seed-stage startups. Established in August 2016, the firm operates from its headquarters in Tokyo, Japan, with additional offices in Jakarta, Indonesia, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, and Bengaluru, India. The firm's mission is to build a platform for the creation of large-scale sustainable industries across Asia, collaborating with stakeholders including startups, corporations, investors, governments, and non-profit organizations.

The firm focuses on investments in various sectors, including technology, healthcare, real estate, financial services, education, manufacturing, construction, HR, agriculture, sports, retail, entertainment, media, finance, and insurance. Genesia Ventures has invested in over 90 companies across Japan, Indonesia, Vietnam, Singapore, and the United States. Notable portfolio companies include Timee, HRBrain, and BrightTable.

In May 2023, Genesia Ventures raised $110 million in the final close of its third fund, Genesia Venture Fund III, which was announced on February 8, 2022. The firm continues to support the development of startup ecosystems in Japan and Southeast Asia, with plans to expand its investment areas, including frontier tech sectors and starting investments in India. As of November 2023, Genesia Ventures has established a new local subsidiary in Bangalore, India, and has started investing in the country.
