Gourmet Investments Pvt. Ltd., established in 2012, is a subsidiary of the Bharti Family Office, focusing on revolutionizing the casual dining sector in India by introducing renowned international restaurant brands. The company has successfully launched several international brands, including PizzaExpress, Chili's, Ministry of Crab, and P.F. Chang's, across multiple cities in India. As of February 2023, Gourmet Investments operates 16 outlets of these brands, with plans for further expansion.

The company's strategy involves forming joint ventures with established international restaurant chains to bring their offerings to the Indian market. In 2012, Gourmet Investments entered into a 50:50 joint venture with the UK-based PizzaExpress, opening the first outlet in Mumbai that year. In 2018, the company partnered with Sri Lankan restaurant chain Ministry of Crab, owned by cricketers Kumar Sangakkara and Mahela Jayawardene, to launch outlets in India, with the first opening in Mumbai in February 2019. Additionally, in 2019, Gourmet Investments acquired several Indian outlets of the American restaurant chain Chili's.

Gourmet Investments' portfolio also includes P.F. Chang's, an American Asian brand, with the first outlet in India opening in Mumbai in January 2024.
