Gryphion focuses on transactions between €20 million and €200 million enterprise value or more. Gryphion's portfolio includes companies such as Cinesite, a leading independent digital entertainment studio; Emsere, a provider of medical equipment rental and support services for clinical trials; Welbeck Health Partners, a healthcare clinic focused on private ambulatory healthcare services; LeefEnergieBewust, a company helping organizations make their buildings more sustainable; Moliera2, a Polish luxury e-fashion platform; and Marina Development Corporation, focusing on the regeneration of urban waterfronts in the Mediterranean into high-end lifestyle destinations. Gryphion is led by Robert Thielen, Founder and Chairman, who also serves as Chairman of the Supervisory Board and partner of Waterland Private Equity Investments. The team includes William Ford, Chief Investment Officer, Ruth Baert, Chief Financial Officer, and Christel Mooren, Business Administrator. Operating out of Amsterdam, with offices in London and Antwerp, Gryphion invests capital on behalf of Rob Thielen and other select high-net-worth individuals and family offices.
