In January 2025, GSR Markets UK received regulatory approval from the UK's Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), allowing the company to operate as a licensed crypto asset business. This approval makes GSR the first crypto liquidity provider to achieve dual regulatory authorization from both the FCA and the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS).
