Holmarcom Group is a Moroccan family office headquartered in Casablanca, established in 1978. The group operates across various sectors, including financial services, agro-industry, logistics, real estate, and technology. It holds significant stakes in AtlantaSanad Assurance and Crédit du Maroc, both listed on the Casablanca Stock Exchange. In 2022, Holmarcom acquired a 78.7% stake in Crédit du Maroc, enhancing its presence in Morocco's banking sector.

The group's investment strategy focuses on sustainable growth and diversification, with a particular emphasis on sectors critical to Morocco's economic development. Holmarcom has expanded its operations into several African countries, including Senegal, Côte d'Ivoire, Benin, Burkina Faso, and Kenya.
