(HMID) is a Croatian pension investment company established on July 15, 1997, and operates under the approval of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency (HANFA). The company specializes in managing alternative investment funds, primarily catering to professional and qualified investors. HMID manages two alternative investment funds: Capital Fund Plc., a closed-end alternative investment fund with a private offer, and HMID PLUS, an open-end alternative investment fund with a private offer. Both funds are designed to meet the investment needs of professional investors and are not suitable for small investors.

The Capital Fund, established on March 26, 1999, has demonstrated significant growth since its inception. As of December 31, 2024, the fund reported a net asset value (NAV) growth rate of 805.8%, with a compounded annual growth rate (CAGR) of 9.9%. The NAV increased by €395.5 million, and the fund distributed €32.7 million in dividends over its 25.8 years of operation.
