Hyosung Ventures is the corporate venture capital arm of Hyosung Group, established in July 2022 as a 100% subsidiary of Hyosung Corporation. The firm focuses on investing in early-stage startups and growth-capital ventures, aiming to maximize the potential value of invested companies by leveraging Hyosung Group's extensive business experience and know-how. Their mission includes pursuing expertise in industrial and financial sectors, facilitating win-win partnerships between Hyosung Group and invested companies, providing diverse growth and exit strategies, and assisting invested companies in becoming unicorns with full support from Hyosung Group.

The investment sectors of Hyosung Ventures encompass manufacturing, ICT, and recycling, with a particular emphasis on materials, parts, equipment, information and communications technology, deep technology, energy, and sustainable circular economy. The firm has established funds such as the HYOSUNG CVC SCALEUP Fund and the Startup Korea Hyosung Deeptech Venture Fund to support these sectors.

In July 2025, Hyosung Ventures announced the management of a 100 billion KRW fund, marking its first investment in four tech startups: AIGEN Sciences, Wired Company, NearSolution, and COONTEC. This initiative reflects the firm's commitment to fostering innovation and contributing to the development of the national economy through strategic investments in emerging technologies.
