IKP Knowledge Park

IKP Knowledge Park is a non-profit science and technology park located in Hyderabad, India, dedicated to fostering innovation and entrepreneurship across various sectors, including biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, agri-tech, healthtech, engineering, and hardware. Established in 1998, it offers a 200-acre campus in Genome Valley, housing over 50 companies and employing nearly 3,000 scientists. The park provides infrastructure, incubation, and seed funding support to startups and SMEs, aiming to bridge the gap between groundbreaking ideas and real-world impact.

The park's facilities include multi-tenanted modular wet laboratory blocks, developed land for customized R&D facilities, and shared amenities such as meeting rooms, cafeterias, and a gymnasium. Administrative support services encompass customs clearance, environmental clearances, legal counseling, and assistance in obtaining venture funding. Additionally, IKP Knowledge Park offers technology licensing and intellectual property consulting, research into innovation ecosystems, and research management practices.

Over the years, IKP Knowledge Park has supported more than 1,500 companies and innovations across 90 cities and towns, with facilities spanning eight cities and 400,000 square feet. It has assisted over 12,000 innovators, creating over 14,000 direct and 56,000 indirect jobs. The park continues to play a pivotal role in advancing business-driven R&D and nurturing innovation in India's dynamic science and technology landscape.
