This support includes pro bono services, such as employee engagements through J&J’s Talent for Good program. As of 2025, the fund has reached over 90 million patients globally and supported 800,000 health workers, with 95% of investments improving access to healthcare. The fund's impact framework focuses on three key dimensions: scale, access, and depth, aiming to reach millions of patients, address gaps in access to quality and affordable care, and improve patient outcomes for essential healthcare needs.
