India Resurgence Fund (IndiaRF) is a prominent India-focused private equity fund specializing in distressed asset resolution and turnaround opportunities. Established as a 50:50 joint venture between Piramal Enterprises Limited and Bain Capital's Special Situations team, IndiaRF aims to provide attractive, long-term, risk-adjusted returns to investors by making control investments in under-invested or stressed mid-market companies across diverse sectors. The fund leverages the combined strengths of its sponsors to create and deliver value propositions for investors.

IndiaRF's investment strategy focuses on sectors such as manufacturing, consumer goods, and infrastructure, where business transformation can be achieved through recapitalization and operational strategies.
