Info Edge Ventures is an early-stage venture capital fund established in 2019, backed by Info Edge and Singaporean sovereign wealth fund Temasek. The fund focuses on investing in early-stage, tech-enabled startups across various sectors in India. It operates three funds: Info Edge Venture Fund (IEVF), Info Edge Capital, and Capital 2B. The fund's investment strategy emphasizes being the first institutional investor in startups, reserving significant capital for follow-on investments. Typical investment sizes range from $300,000 to $5 million.

The fund has a sector-agnostic approach, investing in innovative startups across sectors such as consumer technology, fintech, deep tech, e-commerce, and agritech. It has made over 150 investments in early-stage startups, with a notable portfolio that includes companies like Zomato, Shiprocket, and Ixigo. The fund has seen 19 exits and continues to actively invest in the Indian startup ecosystem.

Kitty Agarwal serves as a Partner at Info Edge Ventures, leading investments in early-stage consumer technology companies, primarily focusing on seed and Series A-stage deals. She has been instrumental in driving the fund's involvement in the Indian startup ecosystem, overseeing investments in companies such as Canvera Digital Technologies, ETechAces, Happily Unmarried (Ustraa), and Meritnation (Applect Learning Systems). Prior to joining Info Edge Ventures, Agarwal was associated with Info Edge (India) Limited as Head of Corporate Development, where she played a key role in overseeing investments in various companies. She holds a Post-graduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Bharathidasan University. Agarwal is also the founder and CEO of Paul Writer Strategic Services and the author of 'No Money Marketing', published by Tata McGraw-Hill. She has previously been associated with Tata Elxsi (India) Limited, Ogilvy & Mather Limited, Infosys Limited, iGATE Global Solutions Limited, and Wipro Limited.
