Insure & Match Capital (IM Capital) is a venture capital firm based in Lebanon that focuses on providing matching capital, equity guarantees, and support programs to early-stage businesses and investors. By reducing the risks associated with investing in early-stage companies, IM Capital aims to encourage increased capitalization and foster economic growth in the region. The firm is a fully owned subsidiary of Berytech Foundation, which manages the USAID MENA Investment Initiative program in Lebanon.

IM Capital's investment strategy encompasses a wide range of sectors, including technology, healthcare, real estate, financial services, education, media, entertainment, consumer goods, energy, agriculture, transportation, telecommunications, retail, manufacturing, and logistics. The firm invests across various stages, from seed to late-stage funding, including Series A, Series B, growth, and pre-IPO rounds. This diversified approach allows IM Capital to support a broad spectrum of innovative companies with high growth potential.

Over the years, IM Capital has demonstrated a strong track record in supporting Lebanese startups. The firm has invested over $10 million in 25 Lebanese startups, created five groups of angel investors, and trained more than 800 entrepreneurs through technical assistance and mentoring, leading to the creation of over 300 jobs. Additionally, IM Capital launched the من_قلبي_دعم_لبيروت# emergency relief initiative to assist small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and families impacted by the Beirut explosion, supporting more than 6,000 individuals and sustaining over 200 jobs.
