The organization offers education, mentorship, tools, and resources to help startups address business challenges in these industries. Intelak Hub collaborates with principal partners such as the Emirates Group, Dubai Economy & Tourism, Accenture, Amadeus, and Microsoft to provide comprehensive support and expertise throughout its programs.

The hub operates several programs tailored to different stages of startup development. The Intelak Accelerator is a twelve-week program designed for late-stage startups aiming to scale their businesses by addressing key challenges faced by principal partners. The Intelak Incubator is an eight-week program focused on early-stage startups, assisting them in moving their businesses through the launch stage. Additionally, the Intelak Idea Lab is an eight-week program specifically designed for UAE Nationals with startup ideas in aviation, travel, or tourism.
