IT Park Ventures

Established in December 2024, IT Park Ventures is a government-backed venture capital fund in Uzbekistan dedicated to supporting innovative startups in the technology sector. The fund focuses on early-stage investments in areas such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Green Technologies, Educational Technologies, Financial Technologies, and Game Development. It offers seed funding and growth capital, along with access to a network of industry mentors and investors, aiming to enhance the competitiveness of the IT sector in Uzbekistan.

IT Park Ventures provides comprehensive support to startups, including legal and marketing assistance, business development consultancy, and access to an extensive international network of industry contacts. The fund's mission is to identify high-potential startups, invest in their growth, and support their entry into international markets, thereby increasing Uzbekistan’s export capacity. As of March 2025, the fund has invested in several startups, including Unitlab AI, Geomotive, and Datatruck, with plans to expand its portfolio further.

The establishment of IT Park Ventures marks a strategic step in accelerating the growth of Uzbekistan's startup ecosystem and shaping a new culture of venture investment in the country. By the end of November 2024, over 400 promising startups had been registered in Uzbekistan, collectively attracting more than $148 million in investments, primarily from international venture funds. This underscores the growing appeal of Uzbekistan as a hub for innovation and venture capital in the region.
