Established in February 2016, Korea Growth Investment Corp. (K-Growth) is an independent fund-of-funds (FoFs) investment firm based in Seoul, South Korea. The firm specializes in stage-specific venture capital and private equity investments, focusing on creating a healthy ecosystem for corporate growth that leads to 'Startup - Scale-up - Exit, Re-challenge'. K-Growth has invested in over 80 funds, providing equity capital to companies at various stages of their life cycle, ranging from seed to distressed stages. As of 2018, K-Growth managed four fund-of-funds with a total assets under management exceeding USD 2.1 billion, concentrating on innovative startups and SMEs with operations in Korea or related to Korea.

K-Growth's signature fund, the Growth Ladder Fund (GLF), launched in 2013, has supported over 900 SMEs through more than USD 3 billion in equity financing to over 80 private equity and venture capital funds. The GLF offers a versatile structure to provide tailored equity financing to SMEs in different business development stages, from startup to IPO and restructuring, across various sectors and regions. Additionally, K-Growth has formed a variety of FoFs with the goal of creating a healthy business ecosystem, proactively supplying investment capital to areas in need of policy support.

In December 2023, K-Growth received ISO certification for its anti-bribery policy and compliance management system, marking it as the first Korean asset management company to receive this distinction. The firm continues to serve as a facilitator for scale-up support and exit, re-challenge of companies, based on the trust and communication built with the market, further strengthening its central role as investment capital to create a healthy business ecosystem.
