The fund operates with a medium-term development perspective, investing in seed and Series A startups with investment tickets ranging from €300,000 to €3 million. La Poste Ventures collaborates with XAnge, a major European private equity player in innovation, to select startups based on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) criteria. This partnership leverages XAnge's expertise in early-stage investments and its focus on making technology accessible to a broad audience.

Startups backed by La Poste Ventures benefit from the extensive network and expertise of the La Poste Group, including access to internal experts in banking, logistics, and human resources.
