LandlordInvest is a UK-based peer-to-peer lending platform that connects professional property investors and landlords seeking financing with investors interested in property-backed products. The platform offers secured loans to landlords, facilitating investments in residential, commercial, and semi-commercial bridging and development loans. Investors can earn monthly interest by funding these loans, with minimum investment amounts starting at £1,000. LandlordInvest provides various account options, including Standard, Innovative Finance ISA (IFISA), and Pensions accounts, allowing investors to choose the structure that best suits their financial goals.

The platform's business model revolves around matching borrowers with investors, charging borrowers an arrangement fee on each funded loan, and deducting a servicing fee from monthly interest payments to investors. LandlordInvest has been recognized for its contributions to the peer-to-peer lending sector, including being listed as one of the three crowdfunding platforms of the year in 2017. As of June 2023, the platform had facilitated over £17 million in lending and paid investors over £1.7 million in interest.

In October 2024, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) instructed LandlordInvest to cease onboarding new business amid an investigation. The FCA also requested the appointment of an interim chief executive. In response, LandlordInvest's CEO, Filip Karadaghi, confirmed the cessation of new business and indicated plans to wind down the platform. This development has raised concerns about the platform's future operations and its ability to continue offering investment opportunities to its users.
