Langholm Capital is a London-based private equity firm specializing in mid-market investments in high-growth consumer sectors. Founded in 2002, the firm focuses on partnering with entrepreneurial management teams to create and implement focused revenue and profit growth plans. Their investment portfolio includes companies such as Dorset Cereals, Tyrrells Crisps, Bart Spices, and Just Retirement.

In October 2021, Langholm Capital successfully completed the sale of its remaining portfolio companies to Verdane, a Northern Europe specialist growth equity investor. The sale included WoolOvers, a British lifestyle brand; Purity Soft Drinks, a UK-based juice manufacturer; and Lumene, a Nordic natural skincare and beauty brand. Financial terms for the transactions were not disclosed. This transaction marked the successful execution of the exit strategy for Langholm Capital’s Fund II, and the firm has since ceased pursuing new investment opportunities.

The firm's partners include Bert Wiegman, who founded the company, and Alistair Bird.
