LEAP Ventures is a Beirut-based venture capital firm that invests in early-stage technology companies across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region and Europe. The firm focuses on sectors such as Energy, Farming, Healthcare, FinTech, Clean Tech, and Information & Communication Technologies, with a particular emphasis on IoT, Hardware, and Clean Tech. LEAP Ventures aims to facilitate the societal transition into a regenerative future by co-creating and commercially deploying deep-tech startups that address pressing global challenges.

The firm's investment strategy involves partnering with best-in-class venture builders to take validated innovations from inception to scale. LEAP Ventures provides comprehensive support to its portfolio companies, including connections to foreign markets, mentoring, and human resources assistance. The firm has made 14 investments to date, with an average ticket size of $5 million, and has yet to record any exits.

LEAP Ventures is led by founding partners Henri Asselly and Hala Fadel. Hala Fadel is an international investor and a partner at LEAP Ventures, as well as the founder and chair of the MIT Enterprise Forum of the pan-Arab region. She holds a Master's in Financial Economics from HEC Paris and an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
