Living Lab Ventures (LLV) is the corporate venture capital arm of Sinar Mas Land, focusing on investments in real estate and technology sectors. LLV aims to drive economic growth and digital transformation by supporting innovative startups and fostering global partnerships. The firm operates through four main pillars: Investment, Venture Building & Incubation, Advisory & Market Access, and Global Partnership. LLV's approach emphasizes leveraging its expertise, support services, and ecosystem to help founders build impactful and scalable businesses in Indonesia and Southeast Asia.

LLV's investment strategy targets early-stage startups primarily operating in Indonesia, focusing on cross-sector ventures that align with its ecosystem. The firm has launched several funds, including the Biomedical Fund, dedicated to supporting local and regional biomedical ventures, and the Urban Gateway Fund, a collaborative initiative specializing in urban living technology. Additionally, LLV has partnered with Spiral Ventures to launch the Japan Thematic Fund, aiming to boost cross-border startup investment between Japan and Southeast Asia.

In August 2025, LLV launched InnoLab, a co-innovation program designed to connect Indonesian startups with global intellectual property holders across sectors such as renewable energy, digital health, next-generation semiconductors, sustainable logistics, and environmental solutions. This initiative integrates with BSD City, a 6,000-hectare township developed by Sinar Mas Land, providing a living laboratory for startups to test and develop solutions within a dynamic community. Through these initiatives, LLV continues to position itself as a catalyst for transformative innovation, fostering collaborations between startups and corporations to create impactful solutions for society and industry.
