London Central Portfolio Limited

London Central Portfolio Limited (LCP) is a UK-based real estate investment firm founded in 1990 by Naomi Heaton. The company specializes in the private rented sector in prime central London, offering services such as property sourcing and acquisition, development, refurbishment, interior design, letting, and rental management. As of 2017, LCP managed approximately US$1 billion in assets.

In December 2019, LCP Hospitality Holdings, a subsidiary of LCP, entered a joint venture with APG, a Dutch pension provider, to establish The Portfolio Club. This venture launched a new hospitality brand called The Other House, aiming to redefine the accommodation sector by offering flexible stay options with hotel-style services on demand. The Other House opened its first location in South Kensington in July 2022, followed by a second in Covent Garden in 2024.

Naomi Heaton, the founder and chair of LCP, has been instrumental in the company's growth and diversification.
