Lugazi Industrial Park (LIP) is a privately owned industrial facility located in Lugazi Municipality, Buikwe District, Uganda. Established in 2019, LIP spans over 120 acres along the Kampala-Jinja Highway, strategically positioning it as a key industrial hub for both local and international trade. The park is certified by the Lugazi Municipal Council and the Uganda Investment Authority, reflecting its commitment to fostering industrialization and economic growth in Uganda.

LIP's primary mission is to empower micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) by offering affordable, ready-to-use industrial spaces.
