Established in 2010, Marguerite Fund is a pan-European infrastructure fund manager headquartered in Luxembourg. The fund focuses on investments that contribute to sustainable economic growth and climate protection, delivering value to investors and other stakeholders for over a decade. Marguerite Fund has managed three funds since its inception: Marguerite Fund (2010), Marguerite II (2017), and Marguerite III (2023).

Marguerite Fund's investment strategy targets capital-intensive infrastructure projects in sectors such as energy and renewables, digital transformation, waste & water, and transport. The fund has a strong commitment to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles, aiming to generate positive impacts for society while achieving financial returns. In 2024, Marguerite joined the Net Zero Asset Managers initiative, committing to align its portfolio with net-zero emissions pathways by 2050 or sooner across assets under management.

Over the years, Marguerite Fund has invested in various infrastructure projects across Europe, including wind farms in Germany, Poland, and Romania, photovoltaic plants in France, waste-to-energy facilities in Poland, and transportation infrastructure such as airports in Greece and Croatia, and motorways in Ireland and Spain.
