McCullen Capital is a family office dedicated to investing and managing the assets of the McCullen family. The firm operates exclusively for the family and does not offer financial services or advice to external clients. McCullen Capital's investments include portfolios of public securities, private equities, fund investments, and real estate. The firm also provides administrative support to the family's charitable foundation, the Flame of Love Foundation.

The firm is administered by Joseph T. McCullen, Jr. and Deborah E. White. Joseph T. McCullen, Jr. has a business career spanning 25 years as a venture capitalist, focusing on early-stage technology companies. He served as a Managing Director of J.H. Whitney & Co. and OneLiberty Ventures (now called Flagship Ventures). He was a founding investor in companies such as metroPCS, Brooks Fiber Properties, TeleCorp, HealthShare, NuVox, Intermedia Communications, Eastern TeleLogic, Diveo (Brazil and Mexico), and MetroNet (Canada). He has also served on the boards of these and other companies. Deborah E. White is the Chief Administrative Officer and is responsible for property management. She previously served as a Research Associate and head of office administration at OneLiberty Ventures and began her business career as Executive Assistant to the Chief Actuary of New England Mutual Life Insurance Company.
